Users confirm they hold the rights to uploaded photos. CINE-CAR does not claim ownership of uploaded content.
Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
The free Crash Prank tool on CINE-CAR.de is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Generated content (text and resulting videos) must under no circumstances be used for insurance fraud, deception of third parties, evidence tampering, or any other illegal purposes.
The user bears sole responsibility for the use of generated content. The operator assumes no liability for damages resulting from misuse of generated crash simulations.
